[1.6.0.66 RC] Newly created repositories in cloned configurations not saved

To reproduce:

1) Clone a configuration
2) Create a new repository
3) Follow the wizard until 6 where you can see the triggers. No repositories available
4) Go back to 2 (repositories) and the repository is created but unchecked
