[1.7.1.40-Beta] Don't overwrite customized property collectors

I have several custom property collectors (for example, for NuGet). My NuGet is located here:

C:\Tools\NuGet

After upgrading to the beta, it was set to only search in %PATH%. I think you should not migrate existing property collectors too aggressively.

Hi Geert,

Thanks for reporting this. We did put in some code to check if a property had been edited before setting it to a new default, however the logic was flawed. This has now been fixed in version 1.7.1.41
