[Q] On the fly variable declaration?

G'Day,

It has been discussed before:

But I was wondering if any progress had been made? It is still painful to be working with an action that has "place in variable" as a drop down and you realise you have not declared the variable yet. The ability to do this at that point would be a workflow bonus. :-)

Ummm… Any thoughts “Finalbuilder Guys”?

This is on the todo list for the next major version. You can actually add variables while in the action properties dialog (F3), however combo boxes that contain the list of variables do not get updated.
