Accessing objects from FB8 VBScript

I have an action that sets version numbers and the BuildVersion is generated from VBScript as shown in the attached screen shots.

This used to work perfectly in FB7, however in FB8 it stops with error: 

Error Executing script : BeforeAction
Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Object required: 'Version’
Line: 4
Char : 1
Error in BeforeScript : VBScript, This Action did not execute.


How do I fix this? It looks somehow the script doesn’t see the Version object,
