How about a field in the action list screen showing the actual text of the comment. I'm finding that I very rarely use the comment field because it's not visible enough. Instead I embed the comment in the title of the action: "Path Manipulation - get file name", "Else - otherwise save snapshot file in root directory". Which causes problems with the action title getting out of sync with the actual parameters of the action.
The comment showing up in the tooltip for the action would also help.
