Add "Include" tab to 7-Zip Extract Action

There's an option under the regular "Extract Zip File" to use a mask to only extract certain files from a .zip file, but there isn't a similar option under the 7-Zip extract action - only one to exclude certain files. It would be nice to have the option to include or exlcude files from the 7-Zip extraction.
