Administration->Notifications->Publishers - Layout broken in Firefox 37.0.2

Hi,

with the latest Continua release there appears to be an error in the layout of the notification publishers config when viewing it with Firefox 37.0.2. It looks fine in Chrome and IE.

Thanks for reporting this Christoph, we’ve now implemented a fix for the next version
