is there a way to tell atcmd where the pstools are located? In automise my script works fine, but if I want to use it with atcmd I can't use the ps*-actions because atcmd can't find the files and I don't know to define the path to the tools.

If you are using the runtime version, the you will need to edit the Automise4.ini file in C:\ProgramData\VSoft\Automise4 and set the location. The easiest way to do this is set the value in the IDE version on your workstation and the open it’s ini file and copy the value to the servers ini file. This is something we are working on improving for the next version, to make it easier to deploy atcmd.
