Build disgarded notification

Hi guys,

Is it possible to have a notification sent out when a build is disgarded due to digard conditions being met? (e.g. in this case $Build.HasNewChanges$)
I have working success / failure emails but couldn’t see anything to suggest I could send a “build disgarded” email.
