Categories and Actions lists should be sortable

Hi,

I expected to find a command allowing me to sort the Categories and the Actions within each category but it apparently doesn’t exist.

Moving up and down each category to get them sorted alphabetically is a really painful operation. Editing the INI file is equally painful. And the Actions cannot be sorted anyway.
