Copying edited actions goes wrong

Steps to reproduce (in my case a NuGet action)

1) Rename the action
2) Copy the action
3) Paste the action
4) Try to save the stages

You get exceptions.

Note that when I don’t edit the action before, it also warns me “note: password fields were not copied”. That is not the case when I edited upfront of copying.
