This was a simple test program (trying to track down another bug related to ISO images).  Attached archive contains everything used.

This same test works fine on a Windows 7 32bit virtual machine.

Did you install the required IMAPI2 libraries on the machine : http://help.finalbuilder.com/cdburneractions.htm
