Create Zip File action is extremely slow

Hi

I’m not sure when this issue started but the Create Zip File action is extremely slow.
Creating a zip file of size 2.5 GB take 40 minutes but when I create same zip using 7Z as Execute Program action take 4 minutes ?

The files are on the local hard disk and the live log is disable.

Any ideas ? before I need to convert all “Create Zip File” action to a 7Z command line :frowning: ?

Hi Elad

For large zip files, I would recommend switching to the ‘7-zip Create Archive’ action - the reason that will be faster is because it runs out of process and is not constrained by FinalBuilder being a 32bit process.
