CSV Iterator Delimiter Variable

It appears although you can provide a delimiter to the CSV delimiter action as a variable, it doesn’t honor that variable. I tried using a delimited defined in a var with a value of ~~~ (3 Tilde) and it failed. Hard coding the value works fine…
