Default branch

We are using Continua now very happily every day. Bu with the daily work, the daily issues come up.

If somebody is starting a configuration that is set up for a branch manually, they click on "Queue a build immediately" which works fine for Trunk but not for any branch (because always Trunk is built).

Would be great to be able to define a different default branch for each configuration (overriding the one from the repository), which is then the default for "Queue a build immediately" and the proposed one for "Queue a build".

We do have plans to implement a feature like this, but I can’t say yet when it will be done (we have limited resources).

Hi Simon,

Yes. You can set the default branch for each configuration repository in the branch mappings dialog. This is accessed from the Configuration Wizard Repositories page by clicking on the Mapping link next to each repository. This has been available since version 1.6.
