i am having problems sending notification to multiple e-mail recipients. It looks like the first selected user only gets an e-mail.
Are there any known issues?

We are not seeing any issues sending emails to multiple recipients. Are there any related errors on the Event Log page in the administration section of Continua CI? Also check if there are any errors recorded or counts in the retry queue in the metrics displayed on the Publishers page in the administration section.

the problem sits in front of the computer. 
It works, but different to my expectation. The system does send an e-mail per user. Whereas i expected a single mail with multiple recipients in that list.
