Error executing Action : Object lock not owned

Today I have updated from Finalbuilder 8 r1618 to r1750 and the Team Foundation Actions have started to fail with the error:

Error executing Action : Object lock not owned

I have just downgraded to release 1646 and they began to work again.

To reproduce the problem is enough with dropping any of the TF actions and start the project.

FB: 8.0.0.1646
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Team Explorer: 11.0.61030.0

We have located the issue and a fix is available in the latest release.
