Error from not expanded variables

[KLund (Attracs)]

I have installed Delphi 10.4.2, FinalBuilder and some tools on a server in Google cloud. It is used as buildserver.
Got some progress, can fetch source from Github.
I can also compile the project in IDE.
When build it in FinalBuilder I got this error:

You need to tell FinalBuilder to load those environment variables
