Extracting data from XML to use as a variable

I have a simple XML (below) that holds the build information for servers. I am struggling to extract the information I need.I’m not sure where I am going wrong. Any help would be appreciated.I can’t attach the project file as it is not allowed!!!I don’t seem to be able to attach the xml so here it is:

If your looking to use XPaths to extract information from an xml file I suggest having a look at the following tutorials for guidance.
