I see that FBAP files are to be installed/copied to FB’s ActionDef directory. So far so good.
Is there a way to include FBAP files as dependency to projects? In a way so that if you load the project on a “fresh” FB installation, that it would just “see” the action inside of the FBAP file?

That would only work for actions written using scripting (those with dotnet assemblies would not work). It’s certainly something we could look at for the future.
