Is there any way that I can copy all of my final builder settings from one computer to another. I currently have final builder installed on windows 10 box and cannot do a in place upgrade so I am having to build a new windows 11 box qand it would be great if I can copy over settings.

Yes. You need to copy the files from
C:\Users\[your user]\AppData\Roaming\FinalBuilder8
and
C:\ProgramData\VSoft\FinalBuilder8
to the same location on the new machine.
