We have self-hosted Finalbuilder and the self-hosted git and now we are moving to Github. However, I don’t see straight forward approach to move from git to GitHub due to user credentials authentication fails.
I m sure there are several people already using Finalbuilder with Github and I just want to know how to authenticate github users in finalbuilder? It would be good if someone guides me on how to do with github web-hooks or other standard approaches. Thanks.
FinalBuilder 7 was out of support in 2014.
FinalBuilder 8 does include a git credential helper (and much better git support).
I can’t see any licenses under your account so I have no idea if you have access to FB8, but either way I highly recommend you upgrade. Contact support @ finalbuilder.com and we can help you with the upgrade.
Are you referring to FinalBuilder Server? In that case, it was discontinued when Continua CI was released in 2013.
Continua CI provides very good support for Git/Github
