I was told that FinalBuilder 8 will be released just in time with Continua CI.
What is the schedule for FB 8?

Hi Michael
Things don’t always go according to plan. FB8 development was delayed while the team focused on finishing Continua CI 1.0, but development is now progressing well. I expect it will be released later this year, that’s about as close as I can get to an release date right now.
FinalBuilder is undergoing some major internal changes, including a new debugger to enable stepping into included projects (this is now working well), and allowing dependencies between action lists (which will be renamed targets). We’re also reworking the variables architecture to remove some corner cases and issues that exist in FinalBuilder 7. We have also spent a lot of time refactoring to make some of the code more testable.
I will blog about the changes/features once we closer to a release.
