FTP Mirror Transer Time Error

Hi Support

Is there anyway to get around FTP Mirror timing out when nothing has been transfered for 10 minutes because it takes longer than 10 minutes to generate the file list to copy?

Hi Andy,

Would you be able to send a copy of the failed log to support. It will contain extra information about the ftp connection. I have recently made some updates to FinalBuilder with the mirror action which haven’t made it into Automise as of yet. I will look at making these available in Automise today, but will require that extra information to know what is occurring for yourself.

Also please include the Automise version number in the support email, and a ruff number of files in the mirrored directory.

Hi Andrew,

I have emailed through a build which should have all the recent improvements for FTP Mirroring. I will look at making this build publicly available in the next little while as well.
