Global Delphi library path not load when using Delphi XE5

On a windows 7 Prof, x32, English,

In a “Build Delphi” action, with the compiler version to “Delphi XE5”, Platform to “Win32”. If you check the “Use Global Delphi Library Path” the global path isn’t used when compiling , and hitting the reload button won’t bring it up neither.

You need to copy the “global path” to the current action “library path” to work correctly !
