You can send the project file to us and we can remove the password for you. If the project is in the format fbp7 (non-compressed version) then you can open the project in any text editor and remove the password protection xml line. When the file is in a non-compressed form the password protection is simply designed as an extra step for editing.
If you need to send the project to us, please send the project via support. Please don’t post it here.
