HTML File deleted in Text Replace Action

Hi Support,

I have used Final builder 6.3.0.2172. I am using HTML file to have mail content. I have set the mail.html file as a variable and replace the ‘##Project##’ name using Text Replace action. But sometimes this action deletes the HTML file. This issue is occurs randomly. Could you please help me to resolve the issue?
