Hello humans,
I am automating the creation of IIS web applications and require that they have ‘anonymous access’ enabled as part of their configuration. Unfortunately this property is not configurable using the FB Create Website (IIS 6) action. My only other choice was to use FB actions to edit the IIS Metabase.xml, this worked but not instantly. Because changes to IIS are cached and then updated into the Metabase.xml later on, the xml edit actions I configured won’t work until the update has been made, which can take quite some time.
I need a suggestion for how I can either -
1. Create IIS websites with ‘anonymous access’ enabled
2. Set ‘anonymous access’ to true by default for all newly created websites.
Thoughts?
