Note, I do not have IS 2020 to test with, so this is based on 2019 support.
Sorry for delay, I wanted to push it through our pipeline and test the final IS setup. All good! 
Just in case you wondered, I know it’s a pain for you to add support for each release of InstallShield, but it allows us to phase the products over between InstallShield versions whilst building with FinalBuilder.
