Mapping branch dialog descending sort order

Hi,

the configuration of “Server.QueueOptionsDialog.SortBranchesByDescendingLastCommitDate=True” allows for descending branch-names in the queue-dialog. The dialog for configuring a branch mapping for a repository does not support such a configuration, though.

We have implemented a Server.BranchMappingsDialog.SortBranchesByDescendingLastCommitDate property for the next version.
