MsTest path broken after update to 7 march release

The property collector says the value of the property is this:

The executable was not found at path C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Common7\IDE\mstest.exe\mstest.exe.

I can fix it by removing the last \mstest,.exe

Very strange, I see that on our main build server, but not when running locally under the debugger, and nothing has changed in the code that generates those properties. Will investigate further.
