MSTest/VSTest Actions: two 'settings' tabs

Hi,

not sure if this is a bug or “working as designed” but the MSTest and VSTest Action dialogs have two ‘Settings’ tabs.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for catching this. I have updated the actions to have separate names for each of the tabs.
