Ok I'm very new to this and hope I'm in the right forum. We are using Automise 3 and are trying to set up our first script. Using the Advanced Event log Extraction to check a desktops event log, when running the test script we get the error,

Error in prepossessing.....
Error parsing the query: The specified FROM-ENTITY "" is invalid
Error parsing the query: The specified FROM-ENTITY "" is invalid

Being very green with this not sure what that is pointing to or where to look. If anyone can get me pointed in the right direction that would be great.

Hi Rob

Automise 3 doesn’t include such an action, so I am going to guess that its written by someone else at your site or you are using an oem version. If it is an oem version then you need to contact the oem vendor for support.
