What version do I want. If I want to do continous builds, I need to purchase the pro version? What kind of support is there, the contact information page is somewhat discouraging in that they do not actually give an email address (they somewhat spell it out), and, they give an alternative email address because the first one may not work? When I contacted the US re-seller, they had no one on hand that was familiar with the product. I can install on a build system in one location, and another build system at another site (a different network), but only one of them can be up and running at any time?
For continuous builds, yes you need the Professional Edition.
Support wise, we provide support on these forums, and by email at the address listed on the contact page. Emails to support go into a support system, you will receive an auto responder email with a case number and the case will be assigned to the correct person on our end during our working day (Australian eastern summer time).
The address is spelled out to try and cut down on the amount of spam being sent to that address. The alternate address is just that, it’s rarely used but it does go to the same support system as the main address.
We don’t expect resellers to support our product, and to be honest these days resellers don’t do much except take a cut for 5 minutes work.
As for the licensing terms, if you are installing on build servers, then each server needs it’s own license. If you are installing for desktop usage, then the license does permit 2 installs (ie desktop and laptop) provided they are used by the same person.
