Notifications not sending?

We had a problem with the mail server we were using for sending notifications for some amount of time (probably a few weeks before anyone really noticed). We have addressed that issue now, and the test email is sent/received successfully, but it seems that the failed and fixed notifications are not sending still.

is there anywhere I can look for a log or another setting to track down why these aren't sending?

Hi Jeremy,

There is no specific notifications log. If there is an error sending a notification, then a warning should generally be written to the Event Log page in the Administration section.

If there are no warnings or errors in the event log, then a debug log may contain further information to diagnose the issue. Ensure that you restart the service and wait for the issue to be reproduced after enabling debug logging.

The log file is quite verbose and can be difficult to interpret as there are several threads running at the same time. If you send it to support@finalbuilder.com along with details on which build configurations were run and which users failed to get notifications, we can look into it for you.
