I think it would be nice to have an Automise level option (along with the other logging options) to dump the variable list/contents into the log on failure.
Perhaps have three options - never log variable on failure, log variables on failure and log variables on non-ignored failure. It would certainly help on debugging - particularly when pre and post scripts are concerned...
