The second hat periodic trigger which are working.
Now some time ago i moved all the steps which hat the second config to the first one and added some variables to define which parts should run.
now i added a build completed and a periodic trigger.
the build completed trigger fires but the periodic fires never. i tried many different time settings but nit never fires. i observed it for two weeks and till today it doesn’t fire.
There are no conditions defined but a simple cleanup rule (once weekly)
Can you upgrade to the latest version? There have been a lot of changes and fixes in the last six months since version 1.0.0.3205.
If it’s still not triggering after the upgrade, can you provide screenshots of all the tabs on the trigger dialog? You have posted images of the configuration variables - are you setting these variables on the trigger dialog?
Versions 1.5 and above have a link to download a diagnostics report file on the Event Log page, this will contain all the trigger data. If you send this to support@finalbuilder.com, it will help us to figure out what is going wrong. If you can also send us a server debug log we’ll figure it out even quicker.
Additionally, can you let us know which time-zone your server is set to?
