I am the only one at my company that has access to this site. I want to give my colleagues a doc explaining how to ask questions on the forum and how to renew the licenses if needed. If someone else creates a login on this site, will they be able to access the licenses that our company has paid for?
There is a feature on the store called Account Links, which will allow you to give others access to your licenses, however only the primary account can renew the licenses.

What happens if I leave the company? How can the licenses be renewed?
We would have to assign the account to the new person.
We are working on a website revamp which includes reworking the store, so we are looking at how we can make mananging accounts easier.
