Powershell on X64 machine

I'm on an X64 machine and when trying to call a powershell script from FB I keep getting the following error:

Add-PSSnapin : No snap-ins have been registered for Windows PowerShell version

If I run from the regular Powershell command line, it works fine.  If I run from the X86 powershell command line, I also get the error.

However from a regular cmd prompt, the following works

C:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe c:\temp\myscript.ps1

Is there a way to get Finalbuilder to execute this statement for me?

I have added the ability to force the use of the 64bit version of powershell :
