I dropped the fbap file into the ActionDefs directory but i can't get FB to see the new actions. What am i doing wrong?
I have also tried to just use a command prompt and can't get that to work either, to invoke PS. It says invalid directory. but if i take the exact same commandline and put it inside an actual command prompt, it works fine

What version of FB are you using? The PowerShell action that Peter wrote is included in FinalBuilder 5 (in Windows OS category)
As for the command line, make sure you’ve set the starting directory and see if that helps.
