Select next node after deleting action

Very minor, but when you delete action B in the following list of actions:

-A

-B

-C

 

could either A or C be selected? Currently, nothing is selected, so when you next press up or down, the cursor goes all the way to the top of the action list again. I think C should probably be selected but I haven't thought much about it.

Actually it appears that this only happens when the deleting the first child of an action, such as deleting B here:

-A
--B
--C

It’s probably a bug, in that case. It also happens when deleting the first action in a list, but doesn’t really matter then.
