Set Estimated Progress

I don't understand Set Estimated Progress action. 

The value it takes says

Specify a numeric value that represents the total number of actions that will run this time. 

The progress bar never reflects anything like an accurate guage - its wild and goes up and down with no apparent reason.  My build is simple with few branches or conditionals.  It would be better if I could just tell FB how much of a % is done at this point.  My actions are very uneven in time they consume.   Just because I have 200 actions, 20 of them may take 50% or more of the total build time.  The other 180 actions may take the other 50%.

Hi there, i’m sorry i can’t give you a professional answer but there is an alternative. If you set several differen’t bars it will work more accurately. Also if you have an installation that takes longer set it as more items. So try using more bars. I.e maybe 5 bars for 80% of the actions that only take 20% of the build, and 5 bars for 20% that take a lot longer.
