Starteam Checkout not working

After upgrading from FB700_1535 to FB700_1561 the starteam action does not allow me to check out files. I only get an status error, and no detail in the log.  I reinstalled version 7.0 build 1535 and the starteam check out action works fine in that build.

I am using the latest version of starteam 2009 R2.

If I run the action in the older version I get the following log :

In the new version it does not create any log data. It seams if it is not executing the action.

Thanks for reporting this, it appears this was a regression from another bug fix. I have checked in a fix and will post a new build shortly.
