We are going to configure our StarTeam server to enforce the use of process items, i.e. require developers to select a change request or task every time they want to check in a file.
The current implementation of the check-in action in FinalBuilder does not support process items even though the StarTeam command line interface does that. Something to fix in an upcoming release?
