TFS 2010 repositories broken after 1.0.0.2745

A while ago we had a similar issue with git no longer being updated. Now we have this issue with TFS since we updated to 1.0.0.2745.

For now I will downgrade to the previous version.

Build has uploaded 1.0.0.2770 has the fix.
