When setting up “build completed” triggers, the description shows “is completed successfully” for “on either” setting and “is completed” for “on success” setting. Seems the description logic is reverted.

Thank you for reporting this. We have confirmed what you are seeing with the description text and this will be fixed for the next version. Note that it is only the description that is affected - the trigger will still work as configured.
I confirm, the trigger works as expected.
I would not notice this, as it works as expected, but one of our testers started creating new configurations and saw it
