Unable to send a bug report if no email appliaction available

Hi,

I use Gmail as my email client, but it’s not associated with emails on my system. When I try to report a bug via the “Mail Bug Report” button it fails with the following error:

There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.

OK   
---------------------------


It would be nice to have a copy bug report button and a bug report email address so we can do it manually.

I discovered that pressing CTRL-C on the bug report copies it to the clipboard. It would be nice to make this a little more obvious, either from a button or a context menu.
