Update Deployment Projekt remove the Byte Order Mark

Hi there,

I use the Update Deployment Project Action to update some properties of the setup like manufacturer etc.

But the FB action remove the BOM of that file after updating. That's a problem since Visual Studio isn't able to encode german umlauts (ä, ü, ö) from that point on.
