V7 Delphi Build - Resource compiler

 When using Delphi XE2 the project options in the Delphi IDE includes choise of how to handle Runtime Themes (Project Options -> Application -> Runtime Themes).

Available options:
- None
- Enable runtime themes
- Use custom manifest

In FB7 I have not succeeded in locating this setting.

I know that the Resource Compiler page int the Build Delphi action includes a Manifest section, but it seems to lack support for the Enable runtime themes setting.

Am I missing something?

Include Manifest File in Resources : C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\bin\default_app.manifest

will have the same effect as Enable runtime themes.
